We specialise in the integration of packaging line devices and since 2005 we have concentrated all our efforts in this area of the factory. We’ve now established ourselves as the industry leader in packaging line automation solutions, understanding the complexities of packaging line processes.
Over 1,500 lines are now protected by an AutoCoding solution in the UK, US, Australia and S E Asia. Our customers can be sure that all products leaving their factory are accurately coded and labelled and in the correct packaging.

With our extensive library of driver software, we have the ability to integrate with all types of equipment, irrespective of brand.
We also have a broad knowledge of factory automation solutions including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) enabling us to seamlessly interface to other systems already in situ in the factory.

Our global partner network comprising OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and System Integrators means we are well placed to implement our coding and packaging verification solutions worldwide. We work in collaboration with our partners to fulfil both standard and, where required, more sophisticated applications depending on the scope of the project.
