Find out more about AutoCoding Systems
years in the industry
In 2005 a small group of enthusiastic people from the coding and marking industry identified a number of recurring problems that were prevalent, particularly in the manufacture of food and beverage products. The lack of integration and communication between different brands of equipment was one frustration, whilst coding and packaging errors was a major headache.
The launch of AutoCoding Systems aimed to address both these and other issues by providing solutions for the control and automation of packaging line devices. Over the years the AutoCoding solution has been developed using the latest techniques in software engineering and now many years on, with a team of over 40 people, we have installed the AutoCoding solution on more than 750 packaging lines in the UK and Ireland.
Purpose built working environment
The company operates from modern purpose-built premises in Cheshire. Here we have a fully functional dedicated Demonstration Suite and Training facility, a well-equipped Workshop and Testing area and extensive offices to accommodate our in-house Technical Support team, as well as Sales, Marketing and Finance personnel.
Over the last few years our reputation for technical excellence has extended further afield and in 2015 our expansion plans have taken us to either sides of the globe. Building on our widespread experience in the food and beverage sectors in the UK, we have made our debut into the US and Australian markets. Our packaging line automation and control solutions are now available through AutoCoding Systems LLC and AutoCoding Systems Pty respectively. Working with our Systems Integration Partners, we have now installed the AutoCoding solution on multiple lines in a number of major food processing plants, integrating seamlessly with a variety of existing onsite factory solutions.
Looking to the future
Over the next few years, you can expect to see our world-class solutions installed in factories across the world as shrewd FMCG manufacturing companies recognize the benefits of seamless integration of factory information systems, coupled with the guarantee of error-free packaged goods.
