AutoCoding Systems will be joining JBT sister company, Proseal at their Open Day event on 14th September 2023 at 12 noon. The Open Day follows on from the success of last year’s event at their headquarters in Adlington, UK, and marks the celebration of Proseal’s 25th Anniversary. AutoCoding continues to work with Proseal to develop many innovative solutions. A solution that centralises recipe selection on a tray sealer was developed and launched at the Open Day in August 2022. In 2023, the collaboration will continue with September’s Open Day showcasing a new packaging inspection station concept to meet the challenges faced by today’s customers.
Demonstration
During Proseal’s Open Day event, experts from AutoCoding Systems will show how recipe deployment, workflow control and targeted inspections eliminate risk and drive performance improvement. In conjunction with this control layer, the teams will demonstrate a real-world example of an integrated paperless quality scheme, together with the value-added insights from data capture and reporting tools.
Guests and visitors can learn about the latest advances in vision inspection technology, code reading, and verification methods for the packaging line. It comes at a time when variant packaging, traceability and safety standards are becoming increasingly important to the industry, providing an opportunity to improve on auditability and accuracy to protect the quality and safety of packaged goods.
